Shred 415 (Red Bank)

Shred415 is an interval training class, alternating between strength training and drills on top-quality treadmills. Most classes feature four 15-minute intervals. Shred 415 (Red Bank) is locally-owned and located in Cincinnati, OH.

Every Shred415 is equipped with state-of-the-art Woodway treadmills and premium locker room amenities, including toiletries and free towel service. Each studio also features the ShredKids Lounge. With trained childcare staff, an entertainment system, and tons of books and toys, your kids (ages 6 weeks to 13 years old) are taken care of while you sweat it out, worry-free.

ON THE TREADMILL: Class will start with a warm-up for walkers, joggers, and runners. Walkers should begin the warm-up between 2-3 mph and joggers/runners should begin between 4-7 mph. You’ll finish the warm-up at a comfortable pace that you can maintain for about 15 minutes. This is called Ending Warm-Up Pace, and it’s what they’ll use to guide you through the treadmill drills.

ON THE FLOOR: The floor workout includes strength training and cardio bursts. They always offer modifications, but if you have any specific injuries or limitations, be sure to discuss these with your instructor before class starts.
