Practice Yoga Cincinnati

Practice Yoga Cincinnati offers class types for all levels and interests, 7 days at week from morning until evening. New student pricing: 3 classes for $30 or 30 days of classes for only $40. Our bodies respond to the demands we put on them, and finding the right balance takes practice. At Practice Yoga, they begin by honoring our anatomy, respecting our limits, and showing ourselves grace.

There is no linear progression your practice must take. The journey to your mat begins wherever you’d like. Some days are made for challenges while others are for slowing down. Their team welcomes you to any class that piques your interest, and whether you feel like “you’re ready” shouldn’t keep you away.

Where should you begin? If you feel like you want more of an active yoga experience jump into any flow class and just have fun with it!
Slow Flows and Power Vinyasa Flows, and Strength Classes are offered 7 days a week. If you'd like to move slower, take your time, maybe chill out more and get some body awareness any of the following are great options: Yoga, Yoga Flow, Yin Yoga and Yoga for Deep Rest or Roll + Stretch are offered throughout the week.
