What is the most important thing you do for your wellness?
We have developed a line of clean formulations to help women deal with the major symptoms of Perimenopause and menopause. We have also curated expert information to help educate women on their changing bodies. All our products are hormone and estrogen free and have formulated with doctors, skincare experts and nutritionists.
What is one piece of advice you'd give to others?
Get good sleep and lift heavy weights. That is the best information I have learned about longevity and wellness as we all age.

Starting Womaness the same year I turned 50! I cant believe it

We excited for more women to learn about Womaness and not go into their 40s, 50s and beyond being afraid or uninformed about what is next.
