Hi, I’m Beth Hitchcock, founder of Fluffi. As a consultant, creative director, and stylist I saw brands struggling to break into the ever-evolving plus-size market. That's why I started Fluffi. As a size-inclusive consultancy, we empower brands to unlock their full potential and establish meaningful connections with their plus-size customers.

What is the most important thing you do for your wellness?

Self-love is my number one priority, and it can look different every day. Sometimes it’s getting extra rest, other times it’s pushing through a tough workout. I try to listen to my body and give it what it needs.

What is one piece of advice you'd give to others?

Be kind to yourself and meet yourself where you’re at. Recognize that everyone has their own journey, and it's okay to have ups and downs. Celebrate your progress, no matter how small, and give yourself grace on tougher days. Embrace who you are at this moment and understand that self-compassion is key to personal growth and happiness.

I’m incredibly proud of what I’ve created with Fluffi. With over 15 years of experience in the fashion industry, I’ve witnessed the challenges and triumphs in the realm of size inclusion. Now, I'm stepping up as a true leader in this space, driving the essential transformation the industry urgently needs. My mission is to revolutionize fashion by empowering brands to embrace diversity and build meaningful connections with the plus-size community. I aim to create a size-inclusive future, dismantling outdated beauty standards and championing an inclusive and equitable industry for all.
