Tell us a little bit about yourself...

For twenty years, I have has used my voice to help others think differently about success and fulfillment. As a Navigator in Resilience, I now teach others how to transform their greatest challenges into joyful opportunities that bring fulfillment and success on their own terms.

What is the most important thing you do for your wellness?

Meditation by far has saved my life and solidified my emotional wellbeing. During the pandemic, I became a certified meditation practitioner in The One Command meditation technique.

What is one piece of advice you'd give to others?

It's never too late to live your joy.

What is one quote/ mantra you live by?

You don't have the desire to do anything you're not capable of.

Brag on yourself- what is something you are REALLY proud of.

I beat my mentor in Toastmasters two years in a row and became a 2x Toastmasters International Public Speaking Champion. Also, I've spoken in front of audiences in upwards of 5,000 people which takes a different skillset and poise and very grateful for those opportunities.  I am also publishing my next book in the fall and the first page says this: "Never sacrifice your own wellbeing for someone else's comfort."
