Tell us a little bit about yourself...
I'm the founder of Inner Radiant Life and a dedicated Holistic Educator, Ayurvedic Counselor, Sound Therapist, Mindfulness Coach and 500 E-RYT Yoga Facilitator. We believe that true well-being stems from harmony within the body, mind, and soul. Our mission is to guide you on a transformative journey of self-discovery and healing through the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda and the therapeutic power of sound therapy, yoga, mindfulness and somatic practices. My business offers individual Ayurvedic Lifestyle Coaching consultations, Sound & Yoga Therapy in additional to groups events, retreats seminars and webinars.
What is the most important thing you do for your wellness?
I practice self compassion. I don't take myself too seriously. I'm constantly giving myself the time and space to create healthy boundaries around managing my time and energy and the freedom to creatively express. And when life throws me curveballs, I redirect my energy towards gratitude and being of service.
What is one piece of advice you'd give to others?
Give yourself time to be curious and to play. Play is a powerful tool for enhancing wellness in various aspects of life. It offers stress relief by triggering the release of endorphins, helping you unwind and relax. Engaging in playful activities encourages creativity and imaginative thinking, fostering mental agility and problem-solving skills. Play can also serve as an emotional outlet, allowing you to express and process feelings while promoting a positive mood. Furthermore, it nurtures social bonds, encourages physical activity, and promotes mindfulness, collectively fostering holistic wellness in your life. Incorporating play into your daily life doesn't have to be complicated or time-consuming. It can be as simple as playing a board game, going for a walk in nature, practicing a musical instrument, or engaging in creative hobbies. The key is to find activities that bring you joy and allow you to unwind, recharge, and experience the many wellness benefits of play.
What is one quote/ mantra you live by?
In our fast-paced world, remember that self-care is not selfish; it's essential. Your well-being is the foundation upon which you can build a healthier, happier, and more meaningful life for yourself and the world around you.
Brag on yourself- what is something you are REALLY proud of?
One of the most rewarding moments in my coaching journey was when I saw a client reach a point of self-reliance and empowerment, no longer requiring my guidance. Through our sessions, they experienced transformative breakthroughs, gained clarity on their goals, and developed the skills and confidence to navigate their path on their own. That is my hope for everyone that I work with. Is to see them empowered enough to be in control of their story and healing journey.
