Brandon, tell us a little bit about yourself...

I'm a sports reporter turned podcaster! I loved my job as a sports reporter, but interviewing athletes, musicians and celebrities about mental health feels like my true purpose. My goal is to help anyone struggling like I was for so long with depression. 

What is the most important thing you do for your wellness?

Talking: I believe talking saves lives. Whether it's to myself, my family and friends, or my therapist, I feel like we all need to talk about our emotions to heal.

What is one piece of advice you'd give to others?

Do something. Whatever goal you have go do it. You only get one chance to live life so go chase your dream.

What is one quote/mantra you live by?

Everything happens for a reason.

Brag on yourself- what is something you are REALLY proud of?

My podcast! It's been really dang cool to have these impactful conversations about mental health and see how it's helping myself and my listeners.
