I recently went on a girls trip to celebrate our collective 40th birthdays.  As we turn 40 this year, it seemed right that we honor nearly 30 years of friendship with a big trip to the Cayman islands.  Upon arrival, I was struck with the beauty of the island, the water, the sand and I could not wait to spend a few days in that tropical paradise.
