In a world of constant planning and control, stepping back can be a powerful act of self-care. I recently took this leap on a solo trip with Pack Up and Go, a travel company that plans surprise vacations. As a self-diagnosed control freak, letting go was challenging yet surprisingly freeing. What began as an adventure of anticipation became a journey of wellness, relaxation, and embracing the unknown—something I’ve come to value even more after recently completing my master’s degree.
