This offering is an exploration of SAMSHA's 8 dimentions of wellness and how they can be used for a holistic approach to wellbeing
6-Week Trauma Sensitive Mindfulness Course (Available Virtually Only)
This offering will ground participants in what trauma is and how it shows up, as well as how we can use mindfulness practices to destress and regulate our nervous systems
