Mastering Leadership: A 7 month success group for women leaders

This highly interactive and experiential seven-month coaching group supports women leaders who have achieved strong levels of professional success and are looking to create greater leadership and effectiveness in their professional lives. Participants will learn to claim their inner authority and wisdom and experience a significantly higher level of professionalism, authentic leadership, productivity, and self-confidence.

What’s included in our journey?

• Two live (in person) full-day workshops in Cincinnati
• Two 60-minute one-on-one coaching calls with Tarita Preston
• Six 2-hour group coaching calls via Zoom
• Peer Coaching and Accountability sessions
• One 45-minute professional brand and career counseling session with Catherine Toppin
• Relevant and supportive assigned reading material

The more anchored women are on the inside, the more secure, innovative, and expansive they are in their leadership on the outside. In our time together, we will be looking for the inner opportunity—the opportunity to work with assumptions, judgements, and beliefs about leadership. Use their current work environment for their own growth, upliftment, and development. Each participant will develop her own highly individualized development action plan—with the support of Tarita Preston.
