In this 1-time mindful creativity experience, we will practice mindfulness through creative expression.
No prior experience in meditation or art is necessary. These sessions are ideal for humans supporting other humans- teachers, social workers, parents, Each session will incude a mindfulness practice, and the creation of a wellness tool ( like journals, relaxation oils, affirmation cards, etc.) for each participant to take home.
By the end of the session, each participant will have a better understanding of how creativity and mindfulness can work together to enhance their overall well-being.
