Next Session Begins September 24, 2024

This Thrive Circle is for women who want to feel less stressed when they log into their bank accounts, more confident in their financial decisions, and more empowered to meet their short- and long-term financial goals.

For many of us, just the thought of money can trigger an onslaught of uncomfortable thoughts and emotions. Our relationship with money is often complicated, and can be downright painful, because we were never taught to think about finances in a healthy way. And when we stay stuck in unhelpful patterns with money, we blame ourselves and we end up feeling overwhelmed, frustrated, and even hopeless. We drift further and further away from the lives of ease and abundance we so desperately desire

To get a handle on our daily spending habits and our long-term financial decisions, we have to start by uprooting our old ways of relating to money and creating new beliefs and patterns that support the lives we want.

  • Do you feel overwhelmed by looking at your finances or avoid looking at them all together?
  • Do you feel disempowered to make good financial choices or feel that your spending is out of control?
  • Do you feel guilty or ashamed for spending money on things that bring you joy or genuinely make your life better?
  • Do you avoid or experience shame around money conversations?
  • Are finances a significant source of conflict in your romantic relationship?

This circle was created for women who are looking to break free from old, unhelpful narratives around money and heal long-standing financial wounds that may be preventing them from living their best, most financially stable life.

This Thrive Circle is a judgment-free space where you can feel safe to be financially and emotionally vulnerable. Please join Dr. Tiffany Graves on this 8-week journey towards financial wellness!

Disclaimer: This group was created to foster a better understanding of finances and offer practical tools for improving one’s relationship with money. It is not designed to offer investment advice or take the place of advice of a qualified financial planner or other professional.
