Heather Martin' s uniquely diversified marketing communications career began in the trenches of a television newsroom where she spent ten years as a news producer. That was prime training ground for the next phase of her career - navigating the media and communications challenges facing c-suite executives. During this time, Heather spearheaded crisis communications and reputation management strategies, change management initiatives, merger and acquisitions, video production, speechwriting and media relations for companies ranging from middle market, privately-held businesses to publicly-traded Fortune 500 corporations. In 2018, she made the leap as an entrepreneur, and established Bluebird Communications.

Matt Stalf is a Cincinnati-based Director of Photography, editor and drone operator who has proven he can be as exceptional shooting and editing corporate videos as he can be directing long-version cinematic films. His versatility for providing video solutions that fits within the scope of nearly every client while exceeding all expectations puts him in a unique category.
