Learning our Enneagram type helps us see ourselves in a new way, bringing awareness to things that we do out of habit that might not feel like a choice - but really are. It shows us our tender places, how and why we try so hard, and how to return to presence. By understanding our motivations we can start to be more curious and compassionate with ourselves, meet ourselves where we are, and remember our true essence and gifts.

Working more deeply with the Enneagram, we start to remember our true nature, and see our habits and patterns with more love and curiosity. Through the lens of the nervous system, we see how our type structures are meant to keep us safe, and how we can use new tools for becoming more present and open. The Enneagram highlights emotional patterns and defenses wired into our subconscious, and somatic work helps us create new pathways. Through the mind, heart, and body together, we shift old patterns in order to experience more of our true nature.

With ongoing support in our time together, slow and gentle work makes for holistic life changes as you start to embody more of your truth, feel more present and connected with life, and live with a more open heart. Through this program, we explore all areas of life and how they impact the way you feel. Weaving together cognitive, emotional, somatic, and spiritual tools, this program supports your holistic well-being, and supports you in living a more aligned, expansive life.

This program includes:

  • A self-guided Enneagram workshop designed to help you arrive at your type through whole-person learning (Optional for those who know their type)
  • An intake and alignment session to confirm your type if needed, discuss how it shows up in your life,  highlight emotional and behavioral patterns that are ready to shift, and review life context that impacts healing
  • Nervous system teaching and somatic tools
  • 8, bi-weekly somatic coaching sessions to process any resistance, stress, and constriction to make more space for light, ease, and expansion + support between sessions via WhatsApp
  • Culminating coaching and integration session
