If you are tired of having pills thrown at you for your minor mood imbalances and want to learn how to manage it naturally?  Then this workshop is for you.  We will spend time learning about the history, research and practice of yoga, mindfulness and breathwork to bring out heart rates down, and bring our minds back to a place of calm. 
The day will end with a wonderful practice of yin yoga to set you up for the rest of the weekend.
