World Mental Health Day: Let's Talk About It + WISe Resources

October 10 marks World Mental Health Day. Its purpose is to raise awareness about mental health and mobilize efforts to support those experiencing mental health issues.

World Mental Health Day was established on October 10,1992 by the World Federation for Mental Health. It is observed each year to provide an opportunity for those working on mental health issues to talk about their work and what more needs to be done to make sure people have access to mental health care.

The theme for 2024 is “It is Time to prioritize Mental Health in the workplace.” The aim is to foster a compassionate and resilient society regarding our mental well-being at work.

WISe strongly believes in the importance of mental health and is one of our eight pillars of health. Below are WISe vetted resources for you to checkout. Find more on our website here.
