Well 52 with Stephanie Taleghani

Meet Stephanie Taleghani, a mother, wife and the curious traveler behind the Consistently Curious Travel Blog.
Tell us a little bit about yourself...
What began as a way to document family travels has quickly evolved into a reliable source of weekend getaways, vacation itineraries, and city guides. With a focus on my hometown of Cincinnati, Ohio, I have become a local expert, highlighting everything from top activities to hidden gems.

My passion is showcasing that incredible adventures can happen anywhere. Whether it exploring a charming Ohio small town or touring the ancient ruins of Pompeii in Naples, Italy, travel helps us see the world differently, heightens our emotions and changes us. It leaves us longing for more, anticipating that next moment where we see life through a different set of lenses.
What is the most important thing you do for your wellness?
I love to feed my soul with adventures, but there are times when I need to stop and be still. Scheduling in mindful breaks throughout the week, helps me reset, rest. and become more focused.

What is one piece of advice you'd give to others?
Don't let your vacation days go to waste. Take that time to rest, recharge, and reimagine yourself, even if you don't leave the comfort of your own home.

What is one quote/ mantra you live by?
" The journey of a thousand miles begins with one step."
Brag on yourself- what is something you are REALLY proud of.
I would have never thought in a million years I would get paid to travel places. What started as a way to share fun little trips and quirky adventures as turned into a full-time business. It is something that I still thank God daily for and can't believe is real.
