The Well 52: Caitlin McBee

Meet Caitlin McBee, Financial Advisor at Edward Jones Financial Services and this week's Well 52 feature.

What is important about money to you?

Throughout my life, helping others has been an integral part of who I am. I chose a career in financial services because I believe I can make a difference in the lives of families in my community.

At Edward Jones, we offer investments, services, and tools our clients need to work toward their financial future. In addition, the firm has thousands of professionals and advanced technology supporting our branch offices to help clients reach their long-term financial goals.

How has your life experience impacted your approach to becoming a financial advisor?

As a former practicing physical therapist, I bring experience, empathy and a keen understanding of the impacts that unexpected life changes can have and how having sound financial strategies in place is imperative. Our branch team can help to address your financial pain points & partner with you to protect what matters to you most.

I attended Mount St. Joseph University where I earned a Bachelor of Science degree and Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. In addition, I have obtained my Series 7, Series 66 and insurance licenses.

You are a proud supporter of the Greater Cincinnati & NKY LGBTQ+ community.  Can you share a bit more on your involvement?

Over the years, I have spent time volunteering with our local GLSEN Chapter, Caracole (a Cincinnati-based non-profit devoted to changing lives in the fight against HIV/AIDS), and HRC Cincinnati. I am honored to work for Edward Jones which was awarded a perfect score of 100 by the Human Rights Campaign Foundation's 2022 Corporate Equality Index.

How would you describe your approach/philosophy for your clients?

By integrating an established process, a commitment to understanding your unique needs and identifying long-term goals, we can work together to help get you on track to reach your and your family's financial goals.
