Tell us a little bit about yourself...
I am a Healer! I help folks heal their hearts, souls, body, and minds. I do this through words/thoughts/actions , through movement, healing foods, and through creativity. I am a licensed counselor, yoga instructor, and artist.
What is the most important thing you do for your wellness?
Gosh, I have a lot of things that I do for my wellness, but the main thing is yoga. it releases great chemicals, toxins, and I release, anger, and anxiety, and it is like my prozac minimizing any depressive moods I might have.
What is one piece of advice you'd give to others?
your life is a reflection of how you feel about yourself. your health, career, physical space, relationships are all mirrors reflecting your self worth. your first step in changing your life is awareness and it starts with you really looking at your life!
What is one quote/ mantra you live by?
“Small steps add up” everything starts with a step and then another….
Brag on yourself- what is something you are REALLY proud of?
That I am a business owner! I had always worked for others and I was really scared to make the move and start my own business. I am so grateful that I was courageous and did it. I love working for myself and it is very empowering to take your business wherever you want it to go! It is a gift to do the work I do and I am very honored to be a part of folks healing processes.
