The Well 52: Nick Mundy

Tell us a little bit about yourself...
I am a husband, a father of three boys, a Transformational Life Coach, a three-time Cancer survivor and thriver, and the Founder of Mundy Mindset®. I deeply understand that life is short, unfair, and unpredictable, which is why I'm fanatical about maximizing my own and others' time on earth. I believe we are best equipped to serve the person we used to be, which is why I have devoted my life to doing exactly that. Because of my challenging life experiences and thriving in spite of them, I am immensely passionate about using my knowledge, experiences, and skills to provide life-changing, world-class service to individuals who are truly ready to be the highest version of themselves.

What is the most important thing you do for your wellness?
I prioritize leading an authentic life by living in alignment with my values and purpose. I regularly reflect on what truly matters to me and make a conscious effort to align my actions and choices accordingly. This intentional approach brings a deep sense of fulfillment, purpose, and personal satisfaction, contributing significantly to my overall wellness.

What is one piece of advice you'd give to others?
Embrace the power of resilience. Life can be filled with hardships and challenges, but it is our ability to bounce back and thrive in the face of adversity that truly defines our character and potential. My own journey as a three-time cancer survivor and thriver has taught me the importance of resilience and the incredible strength that lies within each of us. I have learned to cultivate resilience by nurturing a positive mindset, seeking support from loved ones, and developing coping mechanisms to navigate through difficult times. I believe that setbacks and failures are amazing opportunities for growth and learning, and by embracing resilience, we can overcome any obstacle and become the highest version of ourselves.

What is one quote/mantra you live by?
Live & Love Boldly

Brag on yourself- what is something you are REALLY proud of?
I am extremely proud of my decision to admit myself into inpatient drug and alcohol rehabilitation on May 30th, 2018. This marked the beginning of my commitment to a new way of living and leading. As I reflect on my journey, I am filled with immense pride knowing that on November 20th, 2023, I will be celebrating 2,000 days of consecutive sobriety. This achievement is, without a doubt, the best gift I have ever given myself. Not only has it added immeasurable value to my own life, but it has also positively impacted the lives of those around me.
