The Well 52: Cat Toth

Tell us a little bit about yourself...

I'm all about clean, vital water! I specialize in living water systems that purify and revitalize drinking water to activate a remembrance of who you are, honor your inner source and embody the water element. I do this through water immersive experiences, speaking engagements, education and collaboration with community members.

What is the most important thing you do for your wellness?
Drink 1 gallon of Kangen Water daily.

What is one piece of advice you'd give to others?
Tithe - give away 10% of your income to where ever you are spiritually fed and expect it to come back to you ten fold. Examples of who to tithe to, could be your massage therapist, your yoga instructor, your book club leader, etc. I've done this practice for several years and it seriously works!

What is one quote/ mantra you live by?
There is enough for everyone.

Brag on yourself- what is something you are REALLY proud of?
My garden. I have always kept a summer garden and produced a hefty amount of produce, however over the last year I've committed to learning and implementing year-round gardening to grow food throughout the winter months. It's been fun to learn and also teach my daughter how to grow food for our family on a daily and consistent basis.

Anything else you'd like to add?
I wouldn't be who I am today without the humans who have invested in me. Many thanks to my parents, siblings, yoga instructors, nutritionist, energy healer, book club leaders, business coach, doula, friends, husband and daughter. I appreciate all of the support I receive in my life!
