Tell us a little bit about yourself...
Hi all! I'm a clinical psychologist, serial entrepreneur, and lover of all things mental health and wellness. As the leader of a group mental health practice I prioritize infusing wellness at every layer of our business- from our client experience to our clinical and administrative team. We are our greatest tools so it's important that each of us is well-cared for and well-loved <3


What is the most important thing you do for your wellness?
My morning routine! Everyday I wake up by 7, have coffee on the couch, walk my dog, get 30 minutes of exercise, shower, and have breakfast with my partner before I do any work. I recognize it is a place of great privilege to be able to start my day this way and I'm grateful to be in this place where I can prioritize the things that truly matter most.


What is one piece of advice you'd give to others?
Be your own best friend. It's cliché but it got that way for a reason. Life is difficult enough just trying to navigate all the things outside of us. The last thing we need is to carry around a little frenemy inside of us too.


What is one quote/ mantra you live by?

Brag on yourself- what is something you are REALLY proud of?
The team at Hello Mental Health. I must be doing something right for all of these impressive and frankly wonderful people to trust me enough to work in my business. They each bring so much to the table and in many ways are more skilled and talented than me. Sometimes I walk into the office and get goosebumps at how great of a team I've pulled together.
