Tell us a little bit about yourself...
My name is Ashlee, I am a media personality, advice columnist of the Cincinnati Herald and an author of " I Am Who I Say I Am"

What is the most important thing you do for your wellness?
I meditate, I do yoga and I am the queen of Affirmations! I speak life and love into myself and those I surround myself with. This keeps me in an overall state of gratitude and good mental health.

What is one piece of advice you'd give to others?
Always be authentic to who you are! Never ever try to be like someone else. There is only one you and the world needs that you! Stay humble and continue to grow and evolve, but always remain true to who you are to your core.

What is one quote/ mantra you live by?
I welcome love, peace and joy to find it's way to me. I am a magnet for all the beautiful blessings that have my name on them, and I make room daily to receive those blessings. I am who I say I am.

Brag on yourself- what is something you are REALLY proud of?
Honestly, I am most proud of my growth as a woman! I have stepped outside of my comfort zone so many times and embraced the beauty of change that I continue evolve into this amazing person that loves with intention and with purpose. I have released myself from so much trauma and pain that use to keep me trapped inside misery and it feels amazing for all that weight to be lifted off of me.

Anything else you'd like to add?
I consider leadership to be a privilege and an amazing responsibility. One that I use to take lightly, and now I lead with intention, grace, patience and overall positivity.
