Fruleef, Locally Made Cold-Pressed Juices (and 2-Day Juice Detox Giveaway!)
Fruleef is a local juice company that offers a variety of cold-pressed organic juices packed with healthy ingredients. The cold-pressed method of juicing ensures maximum nutrients are retained, and the highest quality and the best tasting juice is made.
This month, we're proud to highlight WISe Small Business Member Fruleef, and partner with CEO Nicole Lee Howard to offer a 2-day juice detox to a member in the WISe community.
Fruleef takes the benefits of organic cold pressed juices and makes them fun to drink for anyone. Fruleef Juicery is a place where people can go for vitamin-filled, nutritious, immune-building, cutting-edge cold-pressed juices and nutritional mocktail recipes.
"We understand the value of our services in the health sector," says Nicole."Our juice contains most of the vitamins, minerals, and plant chemicals (phytonutrients) found in the fruit," she continues, "and this can reduce the risk of cancer, boost the immune system, remove toxins from the body, aid digestion, help with problematic skin and help in losing weight."

What are you most proud of?
I've worked in the health industry for 12 years, gaining experience in Health Science, Diagnostic Services, and Health Informatics. My current role is as a Sr. Analyst for an Organ Transplant Unit and CEO of Fruleef Juicery. I have always been passionate about healthcare and education. I completed my undergrad at the University of Cincinnati in Health Science. The reason I chose healthcare is to make a difference in the lives of others. I love being able to contribute to creating a healthier world. What I'm most proud of is being able to start a company that is centered around health. It's something I am passionate about, and I take it very seriously. I truly love what I do, and I am very grateful to be able to find joy in serving others.

How have you integrated wellness into your life and what has this done for your life fulfillment?
My wellness is essential to me. I find many ways to integrate wellness into my life by praying, getting proper rest, incorporating fruits and vegetables into my diet, getting enough sunshine, and ensuring laughter is a part of my day. Though my wellness journey continues, I hope to show people with minor lifestyle changes they too can start and stay the track on their wellness journeys. I aim to seek new ways to simplify my life constantly, and staying on track with my daily wellness tasks makes my life a little easier and brings me fulfillment.
How does community tie into the success of your business?

We support local farmers, we are involved in many fundraising activities, are proud sponsors for other small businesses, and we've built strong relationships with our customers. The strong relationships we've built with our customers and other local small businesses have played a vital role in the business's success. I believe the success of a company rests on a solid reputation, and the Fruleef brand has been able to gain the trust of our community by constantly engaging, giving, educating, and supporting the community. I believe for our brand to continue to grow, community involvement and engagement are crucial pieces.
