3-6-9 Manifestation Method

Alanna Martella is a high-achieving woman at the top of her field, but it hasn't always been easy.  

Alanna died. And then she came back to life.  Her story is borderline unbelievable but she lived to tell the tale, making the most out of life and clearly defining her desires.  Alanna had intestinal issues and was fearful that she was going to require to use a permanent ostomy bag, however, through the power of manifestation, she was able to overcome her physical ailments and live a normal, fulfilling life. 

While manifesting isn't new for Alanna, she recently has discovered the 369 manifestation method and has found it to transform her life. The 369 method is the practice of writing down what you'd like to manifest three times in the morning, six times during the day, and nine times in the evening.

Invented by Serbian-American Nikola Tesla believed that three, six, and nine are powerful numbers for manifesting in the 20th century and also feeds into "law of attraction" philosophies of "we attract what we give our attention to."  Simply stated, by consistently focusing on what you desire you might help your brain reveal what it has been looking for and reinforcing the subconscious belief you are instilling.


Decide What You Want To Manifest.

Start with what you want to manifest and develop an affirmation.  For example, if you wanted to manifest money, your affirmation could be "I will receive a large sum of money.

Write your affirmation.

  1. Speak in the present tense and know that your manifestation is yours, it just hasn’t arrived yet.
  2. Start the manifestation with gratitude – "grateful, thankful"
  3. Add in emotion – amplify how it "feels" in your body
  4. Finish with the words “in/into my life.”  

For example: “I am so thankful for joyful, endless abundance and career success in my life."

or "I am so grateful for the universe aligning with me to attract $5,000,000 into my business, bringing with it financial freedom, joy and excitement into my life.” 

or "I am so grateful for the peaceful presence of whole-body acceptance into my life."

Practice daily.

Speak in the present tense and know that your manifestation is yours, it just hasn’t arrived yet.

  1. Morning: write down your affirmation three times as soon as you wake.
  2. Afternoon: Write down your affirmation six times during the day.
  3. Evening: Write your affirmation nine times before you go to bed. 

    Keep the faith.

    Negativity and doubt can hinder your ability to fully embrace the 369 manifestation method as your energy must match to that of what you desire. Manage these doubts by asking yourself "is this a truth or belief?" "Can I control this or should I release it because I have no control over it?" 

    In conclusion... 

    Remember: you are co-creating with the universe. Look out for chances to take action and embrace opportunities, invitations and windows leading you toward a particular place or person.
