It’s easy to overeat when there are so many rich , delicious foods around , but try not to go overboard . Eat slowly and stop when you feel full.

10. Get moving!

Even if you can’t stick to your regular workout routine, find ways to move your body every day. Taking a brisk walk around the neighborhood or playing with the kids outside are all great ways to stay active this holiday season.
