10/23 - 11/13 Inner Voice Work: Connecting To The Ease Within
Do you ever notice that voice within you that feels like your intrusive, annoying, catastrophizing tenant, living rent-free in your head? Did you know that you can learn to separate yourself from those messages of the mind and tap into something deeper and more peaceful within you? The Inner Voice, which can also be called your Intuition, is also within you in this very moment, and it’s just waiting for you to learn how to access it again.
This series will show you the difference between your mind (the thoughts in your head), and your Inner Voice. You’ll learn to see the mind and Inner Voice as separate entities within you, and will explore how to quiet the noise of the mind while starting to live from the wisdom that the Inner Voice is here to share with you.
This series will include exploring how the mind and Inner Voice feel within your physical body during accessible somatic practices, as well as using real-life ways to integrate Inner Voice work into your everyday life.
