Join Dr. Nicole Garritano and Pam Lowe on Sunday, September 22 from 10 AM-Noon at Wetlands Park West in Liberty Township for "Forest Friends - A Forest Bathing Experience for Children.
Nicole, a mom, pediatric nurse practitioner, and coach, will take children from 7-9 on a 2-hour walk through nature for a sensory experience that will calm the nervous system.
At the same time, adults will enjoy their own forest bathing experience with Pam.
The cost is $55 and includes experiences for up to two children and two adults. Adventure guidebook with stories is included.
