The class that put us on the map.  Our signature high intensity dance cardio class is 55 mins long and features simple, repetitive dance moves, high intensity moves and 3 strength sections set to a pro DJ mixed playlist.  Without any choreography to stress you out, you can simply follow along and turn your workout into a dance party!
