Know the Yogo: Embracing the Ups and Downs of Being a Teenager is an arts-based, community building, hope-boosting, small group experience for teenagers to explore and embrace the cyclical ups and downs--"the yoyo of life." Through creative arts, the group will explore "who am I," "who do I want to be," and "how can I feel comfortable in my own skin?" Each session will include:
- 2-3 arts activities from the visual or performing arts
- Group processing of creative work
- Snacks
- Take away tools to ease day-to-day challenges in real life
This group aims to offer support in exploring identity, relationships and how to keep your head above water through connection, support and fun.
