1. Pre and post assessment physical and cognitive assessment for a proper starting point, customization, and to track progress.

2. Personal Training with a Certified Brain Health Trainer 3 times per week for support, guidance, and accountability.

3. In Person, Weekly Brain Based Nutritional Programming to help create better, healthier habits.
