3/14 - 3/17 THE WHOLE YOU RETREAT: Remembering the Fullness of Your True Self

When: Thursday March 14 - Sunday March 17, 2024

What: An opportunity to help access your most glowing, centered, grounded, confident self through a 3.5 day embodiment focused retreat; To REMEMBER who you are and how to trust your body, your intuition and your heart's desires

The Invitation: Over the three days we’ll focus on remembering your wholeness through embodiment and your five senses. We will offer for you to slow down and come back to yourself through each moment, rediscovering the aliveness and power within and the freedom in being a fuller expression of you. We believe the body is the pathway to reconnecting with your true self, and we have created space for you to experience this throughout daily activities, such as mindfully enjoying incredible food, getting as much sleep as your body needs and craves, sharing stories in circle with other women, spending time wandering the Kentucky hills and breathing through a guided yoga practice.

The Vibe: Imagine granting yourself permission to feel your emotions as they arise, to take alone time for yourself as you need it, and to meaningfully connect with other women in a judgement free zone, allowing yourself to both tap into your own goddess energy and to soak up all the fullness of life being generated around you. We will lean into our feminine nature, letting ourselves feel cozy, soft, and held. Throughout the weekend, you will welcome back parts of yourself that may have been hidden, bringing a sense of vitality, compassion, ease, courage, and presence.

The Location: Serenity Farm is located about an hour southeast from downtown Cincinnati toward Maysville, KY and lives up to its namesake. The tranquil farm is both close enough to home to be an easy drive, and also far enough to provide physical and mental space from the everyday hustle. Lodging will be in a beautiful 5 bedroom, 5 bath french country farmhouse. 

Investment: $700 (shared Queen or full bed + bath), $1000 (your own bed + bath)
