Executive Coaching Engagements
Trek Executive Coaching provides executive coaching engagements for professionals who want to meet virtually, at their place of business, or other location convenient to them.
The coaching engagements are three to six months in duration, include two, 60-minute sessions per month and 24/7 support between sessions.
It also includes shadowing the client in meetings, a DiSC behavioral assessment, an interview 360 assessment and video-taped presentation skills if desired.
Two to three specific coaching goals are determined and a written coaching development plan is designed. Managers and HR business partners are welcome members of a client’s coaching team.
